HomeVault wasn't born from a business plan.
It was born from years of experiencing the same frustration from multiple perspectives.
After buying, selling, building and managing homes over the years, I realised the hardest part wasn't the property.
It was everything that came with it.
The admin.
The hidden second job of homeownership.
Every home accumulates:

- Manuals
- Maintenance records

Yet this information becomes scattered across inboxes, drawers, cloud storage, photo libraries and memory.
Owning a home should be rewarding.
Managing it shouldn't feel like a second job.
The bigger realisation
The admin was the symptom.
The missing permanent record was the real problem.
Every property builds a story over time.
Yet all of that knowledge is usually lost.
That's why HomeVault exists — to build the Property Passport every property deserves.

That's why I created HomeVault.
Not simply to organise paperwork.
But to create the Property Passport — an intelligent, permanent record that understands, organises and preserves everything about a property throughout its lifetime.

Yet there has never been one intelligent system designed to preserve the complete history of a home.

The founder
The founder behind HomeVault.
HomeVault wasn't created to build another property app.
It was created after years of experiencing the same problem from every stage of residential property ownership.
Danielle has bought, sold, built and managed homes, owned investment properties, managed long-term rentals and short-term accommodation, and also spent time working in residential real estate.
No matter which stage of property ownership she was in, the same problem kept appearing.
The property itself was never the difficult part.
The administration was.
- Documents became scattered.
- Maintenance history disappeared.
- Important information was forgotten.
She kept wishing there was one intelligent place that remembered everything about a home.
When she couldn't find it, she created HomeVault.
Not simply to organise documents.
But to give every property a permanent memory.
